Ubisoft will be running the For Honor open beta from February 9 until February 12, so get ready to test out this new brutal hack’n’slash game!
Many of you will have heard about this yesterday thanks to a leaked email that was making the rounds. The For Honor open beta will be starting on February 9, and that has now been confirmed by Ubisoft.
As I have mentioned in the past, For Honor is the up and coming brutal hack’n’slash from Ubisoft. Players will be given the opportunity to hew enemy limbs as either a Knight, Samurai, or Viking. A single player campaign is included, although something about the game suggests to me that a lot of players will prefer the PvP side of things. Here is a blurb from the official For Honor open beta announcement:
“In the beta, you’ll be able to try out the new Elimination mode – a best-of-five series of four-on-four matches with no respawns – as well as the Dominion, Brawl, and Duel modes. You’ll also be able to continue the War of the Factions, giving you the chance to lead your chosen army to victory and claim rewards when the full game launches on February 14.”
The For Honor open beta will run from February 9 until February 12. Keep an eye on your local For Honor website for more details!
